Fees

Transparency is a core principle of the firm: every engagement is preceded by a written fee agreement.

Flat fee

For predetermined work (assistance during police custody, immediate appearance hearings, guilty-plea procedures), the firm offers a global flat fee covering preparation, hearing, and reporting.

Hourly rate

For complex or evolving cases (judicial investigation, economic and financial cases), an hourly rate is applied to the work actually performed, with a detailed statement.

Complementary success fee

A complementary success fee may be included alongside a base fee. It rewards a legally tangible outcome obtained for the client.

Written agreement

A written agreement is signed before any intervention. It details the billing method, the scope of work, costs and disbursements, and payment terms.

Frequently asked questions

The initial consultation (around 1 hour) is subject to a flat fee communicated when scheduling. It can take place at the office or by videoconference.

The firm operates primarily outside of legal aid. For court-appointed assignments, the Paris Bar designates attorneys on the duty roster.

By a written agreement signed before any intervention, in accordance with Article 10 of the law of 31 December 1971. It specifies the billing method, the work covered, and the costs.

A complementary success fee may be included in the agreement, in addition to a base fee. It can never constitute the sole compensation.
